The PAJ \u2013 Parrainage et Accompagnement de Jeunes<\/b> (Mentoring and Support for Young People) programme run by AMSED Strasbourg<\/b> aims to strengthen and promote the professional integration of young people<\/b> with fewer opportunities (JAMO) and in precarious situations, without employment or training (NEET)<\/b>, particularly young people from Priority Neighbourhoods of the City Policy (QPV).<\/b><\/p>

Faced with the many obstacles to accessing employment and\/or vocational training encountered by young people, the project relies on a network of committed volunteers<\/b> (working or retired professionals), local actors and local businesses to offer individualised support and concrete integration measures<\/b> tailored to each profile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  • Facilitate access to employment or training<\/b> through a personalised mentoring programme tailored <\/b>to young people<\/b>.<\/li>
  • Promote equal opportunities<\/b> in terms of integration by supporting them through individualised follow-up<\/b>, tailored support and guidance in their professional endeavours (CVs, cover letters, interview preparation, career guidance, job or training search, etc.).<\/b><\/li>
  • Actively involve a network of mentors<\/b> in the fight against exclusion and discrimination to pass on their experience, professional networks and practical advice to young people.<\/li>
  • Mobilise young people who are distant from the labour market<\/b> and involve them in social and economic life through rewarding projects as a lever for their autonomy and employability<\/b>: internships in France or abroad, solidarity projects, voluntary missions (CES), European mobility programmes, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
