Comprehensive Support Programme (PAG)
Leverage and springboard for professional integration – Integration of newly arrived refugees
AMSED offers an integration programme for refugees and new arrivals through innovative and complementary initiatives focusing on professional integration, learning French for professional purposes, accessing rights and activities that promote community living, providing access to culture and sport and strengthening ties with society. It is based on comprehensive and tailored support, a method that alternates between individualised follow-up and group workshops on specific themes, facilitating access to employment and integration.

What does it involve?
A comprehensive programme for sustainable integration
Our actions are structured around several areas:
1. Learning French for professional purposes:
- Weekly interactive group workshops in small groups, conversations, materials adapted to the world of work.
- Solidarity tandems for practical French learning
- Discovering different professions: visits and immersions in companies in the form of internships and/or volunteering
2. Employment:
- Support towards employment: individualised follow-up via daily office hours.
- Tutoring activities with volunteer mentors
- Participation in job fairs involving companies in sectors with labour shortages (construction, cleaning, catering, etc.)
- Group workshops: digital skills and job search skills, eco-sewing, VAE or ENIC-NARIC, discovery of the Migrantech platform and mental health.
3. Access to social rights, healthcare and mobility: daily drop-in sessions to help with CAF and CPAM procedures, residence permits, healthcare, prevention, letters and administrative forms, etc.
4. Living together and republican values and principles: workshops on embracing the values of the Republic, access to culture through artistic events, cultural outings and urban heritage discovery walks, raising awareness of sports.
Target groups
- New arrivals who have held a residence permit for less than 5 years and are nationals of a country outside the European Union
- Beneficiaries of international protection (BPI) – refugee status, subsidiary protection or stateless person status.
- Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BPT) from Ukraine
